I rode the Trinity Forest and AT&T trail on a weekday in early April 2025. It was a very windy day but there is a lot of cover and shade. There were some flooded low points but very passable. I saw only 4 hikers in the 19 miles I rode. I highly recommend checking this trail out. This is a super trail that deserves 5 stars!

I road the Waxahachie Creek trail in early April 2025 on a beautiful sunny day. This is a short but great trail. It is smooth cement the entire way mostly winding through woods. I am not sure that it's quite six miles. A very enjoyable trail that I rate FIVE stars!

This is such a fun ride. You can see the skyline and pass the arboretum as you ride. The lake front provides a slight breeze and it has a wonderful community feel.
I love this trail to take a break from the sun at Whiterock Lake. It connects near winstead and the dam. It provides lots of shade and bridges.
Lots of shade and fun near White Rock, once you pass Woodrow Wilson High there is less shade and many stop signs for car traffic, I am giving 4 stars because of the stop signs.
One of the better mostly flat trail that cuts thru the middle of north dallas and connects to Flag Pole, Ridgewood, White Rock and Sante Fe Trails. Usually see patrol riding and walking around. Could use a cleaning at times due to debris from the trees mud etc. also wish walkers/joggers would stop hogging the trail and stay to the right so cyclists could have room to pass as well as inconsiderate dog owners with their dogs on long leashes realize its a mixed use trail and to stop letting their dogs crap on the trail and not cleanup afterwards.
This trail is 50/50 due to the one side where you can come off of the SoPac to Lawther is ok. Dont mind cars as im sure they’re aware of cyclist in the area. But the side of the trail that parallels with buckingham/Garland Rd is the worst as you get people who decide to run on the opposite flow of traffic horrible terrain and always seems to be far too crowded to get a decent ride in

We took our E-boards out to this trail today. The pathway is was fun and has plenty of inclines and winding turns. Great scenery to look at all around. Very good size Trail, for the most part it was well maintained, will absolutely be going back again.
I love that this trail and others in Dallas are almost completely independent of automobile traffic and we still need many many more like it, but I have to point out one HUGH mistake. Every time that the trail crosses a residential type road, there is a stop sign for the bikers on the trail and just a yield sign for the cars on the road. This is exactly opposite of how a bike trail should work.
This is the best trail that city of DALLAS can offer. Well maintained and beautiful on its eastern side. Improvement is going on on western side of the trail, hopefully it will be completed very soon. Highly recommended ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
